Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
-Please note: due to the fact that the property does not accept credit cards as form of payment, guest are requested to confirm their arrival time to the hotel, when booking the reservation. If guest do not confirm an arrival time to the hotel, the reservation will be cancelled after 18:00, hotel time, on the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
